For Claude users

Stop pasting CRM data into Claude.

You got tired of pasting contact lists into Claude every time you wanted help drafting a follow-up. So did we. Flitsy is a CRM with an MCP server baked in — Claude (or Cursor, or any MCP client) just connects and queries it directly. Add a contact, log a call, chase the pipeline, all in chat.

Here's the part no other CRM does: there is no UI. No dashboard, no app, nothing to log into. The only interface is whatever surfaces in your chat. That's not a missing feature — it is the product.

Free to start · no credit card · connect in about a minute. Not built for enterprise sales orgs — built for solo operators and small teams who live in chat.

what it looks like

You ask. Claude queries Flitsy directly.

No exports, no screenshots, no pasting. You ask in plain English; Claude calls Flitsy's MCP tools and answers — drafts, pipeline, your week — right in the chat.

Plan my week — who do I reach out to, and when? A draggable calendar, live in chat
Who could give me a warm intro to Quill Publishing? The warmest path through your network
What should I focus on in my CRM today? Morning triage — reply, chase, at-risk
Where's the money in my pipeline, and what's at risk? A weighted pipeline read — no dashboard

One URL. About a minute.

There's a single Flitsy MCP URL — the same one for everyone. Paste it into your AI client and your account is created the moment you connect.

  1. 1
    Copy the Flitsy MCP URL.
    https://my.flitsy.app/mcp
  2. 2
Paste it into Claude (or Cursor, Zed, ChatGPT beta). Your account is created on first connect — no signup form.
  3. 3
Ask it something. "Who've I gone quiet on?" Claude routes through Flitsy and answers.
the questions you're about to ask

Straight answers.

So there's no dashboard? No app?

Correct — and on purpose. Every other CRM is a pile of screens you navigate; Flitsy has none. The only interface is your AI client, so the CRM shows up where you're already working instead of being another tab you forget to open. If running a CRM through chat sounds wrong, it probably isn't for you yet. If it sounds like a relief, that's exactly who it's built for.

Is it open source?

Not today — Flitsy is a hosted service, not a self-hosted package. What you do get: your data is tenant-isolated and exportable any time, so you're never locked in. If self-hosting matters to you, say so in the comments — it's on the table.

Is my data leaving my machine?

Honest answer: yes, the same way any cloud CRM works. Your records live in a tenant-isolated Postgres database we run (Singapore), encrypted at rest. Claude reads and writes them through the MCP connection. We don't train on your data and we don't sell it. The full story is on our privacy page.

What MCP clients work?

Anything that speaks MCP — there's no Flitsy-specific plumbing, the URL is the whole integration.
